Hey guys, the G.Skill RAM in my sig crapped out last night, so I'm in need of a new set, and I'm not looking to go any lower than 2gb. My price range is also capped at around $170 or so.

I found THIS memory from OCZ at Newegg for $166 (plus $20 MIR).

A quick rundown:

OCZ Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ4002048PFDC-K - Retail

Cas Latency: 3
Features: ULN2 Technology
Heat Spreader: Yes
Labor: Lifetime
Parts: Lifetime
Timing: 3-3-3-8
Voltage: 2.6V
Model #: OCZ4002048PFDC-K
Item #: N82E16820146970

I mostly game and use the internet and simple word processing stuff. I Don't plan on any extensive O/Cing either.

Any opinions or suggestions are appreciated! thanks!

those are good ram but for a few more dollars i'd go for cas 2 sticks...

2GB cas 2 can be had for about $174-$177 on the net.

kingston hyperx comes to mind.
