About to buy Samsung 710N-2...

I've got a Sony G400, a beautiful 19" CRT, but it takes up too much space and is too hard to take around, so I'm looking for an LCD. After doing a lot of research, I've realized that the LCDs don't seem to be quite there yet. So I decided to go for an interim quality but low-cost solution. So far, the best deal I've found is the Samsung 710N-2 for $295 including shipping/tax/etc. I've heard great reviews, and the only thing that worries me is the lack of a DVI output.

Any problems/suggestions?

Yeah...having DVI is nice..but..if you want to spend much less..you wil have to settle for analog.

Best buy had and 19in Samsung CRT's for $150- after mail in rebate. Check for a sale and save some $$$$

Any difference between 712N and 710N? Colors? Any suggestions?

The 712N is 16.7m colors, the 710N is dithered to 16.2. Both lack DVI. The 710T has DVI tho.
