My physical therapist reccomended a Down Feather Pillow to help with my pinched nerve and muscle problems in my neck/shoulder. He said i want one that can form well to my neck to keep my head in a proper position when i sleep...

Any reccomendations?

if you're in the nyc area, ikea sells them cheap.

EDIT: sorry, quickly glanced over the bb&b part of topic. anyway, i don't know what brand we got but i find them very comfortable. make sure you're not allergic to down though. if so, you may have to go with synthetic.

Yes. If you sleep on your stomach, look for one that has the least feathers in it. For me, these are the only ones I can stand.... BB&B actually has a $20 "Childrens pillow" that I think is awesome. It is made by "Pacific Coast Feather co"...
