About to bite the bullet on a 37" LCD

Need some input on this as its almost $200 lower than any Ebay price...its a lighter weight version of the Syntax LT37HVS model. Does this look good? Thanks

I heard most of the reviews were pretty positive. The only big drawback is that it uses a glass screen which makes it very heavy and the glass tends to produce glare.

I was under the impression that 1080p really isn't worthwhile unless you have a screen that's 50"+.
