About the Forum rating system.

SFang

Senior member
The default rating is set at "1.Worst". Sometimes, people want to rate another member, but accidentally click the rate button before make a selection. Thus, the member been rated suffers.

Is it possible to change the default rating to "5" or "6" in the Neutral range?

Thanks for the efforts. 🙂

i base my life on that feature, thank you.

Whoa! :Q So, if I rate you a "1", does that mean it could send you over the edge and you begin shooting people starting with me? Cool! 😀

I turned the rating "feature" off a long time ago. It's totally worthless; for useful ratings, we have heatware.

What I wish they would do is to make PMs enabled by default. But, yea, I know, it won't be happening, because perhaps a small percentage of new users don't want to use the PM feature. Honestly, now, it can't be too hard to enable. It's probably not a matter of anything more than setting something like "NewUserPMSetting: On" in the config file. Oh well, nevermind.
