about that crazy X-FI IO 5.25" bay

i just installed mine and i thought it was supposed to have a blue glow but i dont see it...was i wrong? i hope so because id hate to have to RMA this thing after i installed it.

P.S- im not a big creative fan, but this card sounds sick!

thats just strange to me because heres a quote from PC Gamer Mag:
"unlike the other x-fis, it glows red in your pc instead of blue..."
speaking about the fata11ty xfi card.
this is why i was wondering...

The Fatality (screw the 1) should glow red, and the Platinum should glow blue. You've probably missed a cable or something; I can't really help since I have an XtremeMusic version. But yeah, it sounds SICK!!

Hmm. I thought the high end one had some RED diagnostic LEDs on it. Didn't know the front bay thing was supposed to glow.

I don't know, but according to these guys, the card itself (fatality) has the name glowing on it, but they didn't mention an LED on the I/O module.

I have one, the card has a red LED on it with the X-Fi logo that glows, but the I/O front panel doesn't.

Why is it garbage??! It's one of the best cards around, especially for the price compared to the fatality. And why do you care about the light so much?
