About signing for UPS packages

Is it possible to pick it up at UPS distribution center? Dell requires that UPS get me to sign for my monitor when it comes. But, i can not be at home for them to deliver it at a random time....

i hate UPS

my 20" LCD monitor is gonna get pwned by their head banging shipping and crushing technique

yeah, just go in the evening to the local/main office and pick it up, after the truck comes back

or call them, and just tell them to hold it at the distribution center.. you can pick it up at anytime after that
