Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site and I hope I don't frustrate any of you with this question...

Every once in a while I get a ticket that has me scratching my head about the way they list these routers.
The most recent one is;

Install IAD-DS1-TA916-16FSX+1PRIor1CAS-30CCP Router

For the last little bit I've been trying to chase this one to ground, but it has eluded me. What am I missing and which router is this?
