? about OEM ATI RADEON 64MB

I know that the 32MB version is slower than the 64MB version. DOes the OEM version have the same clockspeed as the retail version?? I am about to purchase the OEM version ...and I was wondering if there is a speed difference or not...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nope. The OEM is slower then Retail. 166Mhz/166Mhz vs 183Mhz/183Mhz.

Most OEM have been known to have 6ns memory vs retail 5.5ns. So overclocking won't be fun.

Okay...thanks for the reply. I knew there HAD to be some reason why I could find an OEM for around $270 on pricewatch and the retail for $330~.

ok so the OEM radeon is slower than the retail. Is this a stupid quesiton or does bulk = OEM? or is OEM only = to OEM and not to bulk? If its different... is the speed on bulk slower faster or on par with OEM.

yeah the oem's have a 166/166 speed...but i hear its easy to hit 195/195 with them

In General:
OEM=OEM
Bulk usually refers to OEM but not always b/c you could have Bulk pkg retail stuff.

Also CPU's can be sold on the tray as either Bulk or retail
