Had a terrible table of 20, they were all nice, kind and said please and thank you. I BUSTED my butt to make sure they were all taken care of .. and what happens.... There $250 check gets split 7 ways and I get $10.00 out of the deal. They left by saying goodbye and thanks to not only myself but my manager and telling her what a great job I did....

It's unfortunate that your place doesn't have mandatory gratuity if it's a party of 8 or more. You might suggest that to the manager.
