I want to ask if this graphic card worths the price it has and can i buy better video card at that price?

I do shopping at a local computer market in Turkey , therefore most of the prices are %10-15 higher due to taxes , please give the advises by taking newegg as reference since the price ratios of the items which are sold at newegg and my local market are similar

The model you picked is a high quality model, I would go for that, its one of the best 6850's.
