? about Mandrake Screen Size

I just installed Mandrake 8.1 on my system, as a second OS (also using XP) and everything went smoothly, except the screen size does not use the whole width of my monitor. There's about an inch on the left that's unused. I know with SuSE and FreeBSD which I've installed before, there's a utility to move the image around and resize it, but I can't find this in Mandrake. All I can find is resolution controls, and settings to tell it what graphics card and monitor I have. Please help!!
