I was selling some gel mouse pad on ebay. They had been in my garage for years before I cleaned out it a few days ago. Probably I bought them when I was in China in 2003. The first 7-day I listed it, nobody bought. Today morning I relisted it and lowered the price. And this afternoon it was removed by eBay due to Patent Violation.
Here is from ebay: "The listing was removed because it violated eBay policy...The rights owner, Prokop International, notified eBay that this listing violates intellectual property rights. When eBay receives a report of this type of violation, we remove the listing to comply with the law."
I searched the company and found nothing between the company and a mouse pad patent. I cannot even find an official web site about the company. And there are thousands of similar gel mouse pads on ebay. Is this one more mistake from ebay?

Here is the link (The link when I listed the item the first time, the second time I listed it and the link was removed by ebay)
