My web hosting has Installtron for adding apps to my site. One thing I'm wondering is, I have 3 domains and whenever I install something I get 2 options for each for the location

http://domain.com
http://www.domain.com

I'm curious is there any reason to chose one over the other? I don't even know if it makes a difference, but since it's giving me the option I'm guessing it's for a reason.
 
There's no particular reason to choose one over the other AFAIK. It's important that you choose one and stick with it though, setting up the 301s as needed. Search engines treat www.page.com and page.com as if they were different pages, and it dilutes search engine ranking.
 
That makes sense, and now that I think about it, if I ever add subdomains I definitely wouldn't want to have went with www.
