Hi,

I am using OMAP3 and OMAP4, I want to know Whether DPS(Dynamic power switching) and SLM (static Leakage management) are enabled always or can it be programmable to disable via registers. I went through TRM but (AVS is clear), but did not get which registers we can use for enable/disable DPS and SLM feature. If some body knows , can somebody explain?

Regards,

No idea what you're talking about, but I saw this on the internets:

See the cpufreq section of the Linux kernel documentation for more information. Here is a quick list of commands that you can do to query and change existing governors (note that you must enable CPU frequency scaling, enable the OPP library, and enable specific governors in the base kernel configuration first).

No idea what the above means but maybe it's relevant. :)

Do you have documentation on the chips available? Did you purchase dev kits or are these in a university lab? I'm not familiar with the OMAP line's register maps but at least the configurable registers should be in the documentation.
