About cheap and good speaker

Well, I want to buy cheap(around $60) and good speaker and subwoofer.
Anybody would like to recommend what should I get ?

I like the Altec Lansing ACS 33. Subwoofer and two satellites with decent sound considering you should be able to find them for around $40 or so. Check Circuit City for one place, online at a ton of places. The Creative Soundworks 3 piece system is also okay for about the same price. I have both and they work well with the Aureal chipset soundcards.
