Traywick explained to police what had really happened. Newly active in the pro-life movement, Traywick had gone to a local abortion clinic ? the Women's Pavilion ? at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon to scope out the best location for conducting a picket of the facility. Finding the building oddly deserted and the door open, he took a quick tour. After wandering through stylish, relaxing waiting areas and immaculate operating rooms, he entered a small back room filled with 15 plastic buckets with lids on. Realizing what they must contain, he snatched one of the buckets and made a fast retreat.

Uh....yeah. That's totally believable.....really....it is....

I don't have a problem with abortions. Not one bit. Where's the commercial of the guy in prison that's a sex offender...and then the flashback to when his mother was deciding whether or not to have him? Or, the commercial of the girl in high school that gets pregnant and decides to keep it only to drop out of school, be thrown out of their parents home, and forced to work on the streets as a prostitute?

Abortions are for the good of everyone. If someone isn't ready for a kid, then by all means, don't have a kid. I don't want to support them.

Pro-choice, its the womans right to decide, not yours. You will not be the one living with the burden if the choice was to keep the child or give it up for adoption or abort it. There are consequences with all of them. Feeling of guilt, happy, sad, depression. Only the woman should be able to decide on ultimately what to do. Although I do think the would be father should be able to voice his opinion. Its a tough call on what to do. But I am definitely pro-choice. All of you that says it wrong and that it goes against what god says or that its murder can go fvck yourself. Its not your choice. I just figured I get that in there before it started assuming this thread doesn't get locked.

Same.

P.S. For those who think an embryo is already a human being and therefor 'has the right to live', I presume you are also pro-euthanasia? Otherwise you are not talking about the right to live anymore after all, but you are forcing people to live.
And euthanasia is only meant for situations where there is insufferable pain, and where that person cannot be cured, before you start calling it a 'suicide pill'.
If the person will suffer a painful death for certain, does that person not have the right to die? Or did the Lord say that we should prolong suffering as long as we can, and torture people until their humanity is gone?

Troll boy? Guess anything you disagree with is crap to you.

It has nothing to do with what I agree or disagree with, it has to do with that article being A WORK OF FICTION. It's pathetic that you anti-choice people have to make sh*t up, kill doctors and harass women to support your "cause".

EDIT- further evidence you and this article are full of sh|t.

Enlisting the aid of his wife and a friend to videotape and photograph his opening of the container, Traywick slowly lifted out the contents from the bucket. What he found shocked him to the core. Rather than a tiny fetus as he had expected, what he pulled out appeared to be a full-grown baby, whose head and right arm had been ripped from his body and his brain removed. In his agony, the baby had bitten through his own tongue, no doubt while his head, grasped by forceps, was being literally ripped off his body.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Every baby I've ever seen came out of the womb with a full set of teeth....I hear they're actually fully developed at 28 weeks....right when this kid was "murdered". Jesus, a slow third-grader could make up a more believable story than that.

Either you're not smart enough to realize this is a fabrication or you have no problem using lies as a tool to support your position on abortion. Either way, you're a moron.

Here's the thing that pro-lifers never seem to get about pro-choice people. Most pro-choice people hate abortion and are disgusted by it. We just think that a woman should have a choice about what happens her body.

crazy looking picture there, but that doesnt affect my opinion. nature is a shocking thing, although we shelter ourselves from it. there are all kinds of freaky things that happen to people and animals, even without the intervention of humans doing abortions and whatnot. that's just life. the whole problem with this planet is the fact that our death rate has plummeted. that's why we are overpopulated, and that's why the whole world is being destroyed by us. at least abortions kill people before they get a chance to become conscious and aware and retain a memory.

I would much rather the woman give the baby up for adoption, but I believe abortion is ok provided the mother realize that she is killing an unborn life.

It should also not be used as birth control. They should emplement a one abortion rule. Anything over and the woman/man should be fixed because they do not have the common sense nor necessary intellect to place a condom on the mans willy.

In this day and age when STD's are running rampant and the youths of today are still having unprotected sex, it scares me that one day these same morons will be in charge of the country.

Banning it never stopped it.

I'm not "for" abortion, and believe everything should be done to minimize the number of abortions. However, I believe abortion should remain legal.

If you want to stop abortions, focus on what leads women to seek abortions. Abortions are but a symptom of a larger problem.

Abortion is wrong. The only way I can see someone disagreeing is if they beileve in some "breath of life" nonsense. Then again, you have people on this forum who believe that newborns don't feel any pain when they are circumcized.

Did not see any pictures on the site. Have seen plenty through the years though.

After reading this link are you still an anti-abortionist?

No, it's a matter of what someone may do with their body. How can a government force you to play host for any attached organism?

If I attached Richard Simmonds to your body, and to remove him would kill him, would you not do it? Would you even have to think twice?

Abortion is not "right" or "wrong." Only the person who is making that decision with their body can determine that.

They should call Pro-Life. Pro no Choice instead. It isn't that Pro Choice people necessarily condone abortion. They just don't think it's their right to tell another woman what they can do or can't do with their bodies. The worst part of it, is that they want the government to control this. Hell... The government can't do sh*t. Look at our deficit, healthcare, etc.. I just don't get why the Pro-Lifers can't get that through their damn heads. The other thing that bugs me is that they want us to have every baby conceived, but they don't want to care for the child once it's born. That's the Republican way. We should dump all of these unwanted, neglected and abused children at the doorstep of the Pro Lifers.

For me, the only one who can decide is the future-mom and dad, no law or anything.
