Abnormal Voltage on a Duron running on a VRXP.

Hey, I just got a Gigabyte 7VRXP and I'm pairing it up with a lowly Duron 850 (hehe, yeah I know, I'm trying to get a XP for cheap) that's unlocked with the L1 and L7 bridge penciled. Wierd thing is... my Duron @ 850 stock is running at around 58-60*C! I thought this was little strange, so I checked the voltage on core. And it was set at 1.8v.... :Q. I've tried to use the BIOS setting to lower the voltage, but it'll only let me take it higher not lower. I would really like to know how to turn down the core voltage. Once I get it down to like 1.6v, I'm sure the temperature would go down...
