Abnormal Temp?

Half life 2 crashed on me and i got an error msg that included the phrase "abnormal temp". I checked my CoreCenter and it said my CPU was 51c. Do i need a better CPU fan? Also everything is stock settings. My cpu is reading 45c right now. Only 2 mins after the game ended.

I was also changing my resolution to a higher one while i was taking fire from a helicopter.
