Abnormal cpu temp?

Is this normal for a 2.5ghz clocked 3200 winchester?
Just wondering if I can get it down in the thirties or below... Without spending an arm and a leg of cash?
 
Those are fine ..... but also remember that temps as read by the motherboard are never correct, all temps sensors are calibrated differently. As long as the setup is prime95 stable, the temps don't matter, because if it was too hot it would get errors in prime95.
