Abnormal bone growths?

For as long as I can remember I've had a weird growth under my knee, kinda just like a bump in the bone that my other leg didn't have, never thought anything about it. Tonight as I looked at my leg, I have another one, thats like a full on spike coming out of my leg on the front top edge of my leg. Its weird, I've never noticed it before.

Anyone have any ideas what they could be? Could it be a bone spur?
