Abnormal amount of modem complaints......

Hi,

I've been receiving a most unusual amount of modem complaints from a wide variety of people using different ISPs. Unable to sign online, booted off, no communication with modem in Control Panel, computers crashing.

I was wondering if anyone else has been hearing the same thing?
