abit's Max2 board delayed

it looks as though ill have to wait another week or two.... The IT7 MAx2 was just delayed from the 10th to some unknown date.... when i called abit, they said it will be one-two weeks. anyone else waiting for this board? heres what i got so far

p4 2.26ghz
gainward geforce4 ti4200 128mb
audigy platinum
512mb corsair xms3200 cas2
100gb WD Special edition
19in sony monitor


all i need is this f***ing board.... bah....

I have a very simliar setup only I am going to use a P41.8A. I was looking into getting this board as well after a lot of looking around. I would be interested in seeing how your system faired as well when you get it all setup. Are in the US? I didnt know this board was not availlable. I only recently took an interest into it. I just looked myself. It does look like they are pushed back a couple of days. I am in no hurry I guess since I have a temporary board right now I am using, but cant wait to get one.

yeah im in the us... over at UW-Madison... im desperately in need of a computer so this whole mb issue is pissing me off. ill post how my comp is running after i get it all set up... i was hoping for high 2ghz possibly 3ghz..range overclocks, but im going to stick with the stock cpu cooler and with 2 front intake fans, two outtake fans on back, a side fan and the psu fans so without a new hsf i probably wont be doing that....

ill let ya know...

if anyone has any info on the IT7 Max2... let me know.... im getting impatient...

Is the Max2 worth the extra premium over the BD7II RAID, if I don't need Firewire? Otherwise they seem very similar.
