Abit warranty question

I have two abit boards, both IP35-E (about 8 months old). I'm a little concerned about Abit getting out of the motherboard business what happens to their warranty service when they are gone. There's also the talk of them going out of business.

Anyone got the 411 on this?

Rumour suggests they will cover warranty for a year after the change then you're on your own.
If they go out of business then you're definitely on your own :D

I would think they have some inventory to cover their warranty for a little while. If you RMA your IP35-E you'll most likely get your board fixed, or get sent a replacement that is inferior, IP35-V.
