Abit VT7 and ATI Radeon 9200SE

My computer that I built just keeps locking up. For no apparent reason. It just locks up when i start word and i checked the heatsink and it is seated properly and I teseted the RAM. Could it be the ati radeon 9200se card? HELP!!!!
