Abit VT6X4 Bios prob

Can anyone tell me why my VT6X4 refuses to flash it's bios. I run awdflash on the tg bios and it gets about 95% done and stops with a message saying program chip fail! What do I do about this? I really need the tg bios. Thx for any help.
