Abit VP6 with ATI AIW 7500 in WinXP

i'm having problem with this setup but i don't know it's related to hardware or driver... since the day i installed windows xp, it always has a windows dialog pops out says ATI AIW 7500 causes an unknown problem while entering xp desktop. actually it's ok with me but the annoying part is my system hangs and then blue screen whatever i do on the computer (like downloading, playing game, surfing on the net... etc.) the blue screen disappeares too fast to see the problem, all i saw is atixxxxxx something like that. is there anyone having the same problem with xp and AIW 7500?
