i am currently use via 4.26 driver, my yamaha 2100ez on secondary slave and pionner 105s on primary slave, when i want to burn it's said scsi/ide error, any idea?
 
i am use nero burner, it's run fine on win98, but i got fail in win2k, i think the problem must be the via driver, anyone fix it yet?
 
Don't use the VIA IDE drivers. I was getting CDR error like, "lost communication with device..." I finally realized that I had installed the latest 4in1 and went ahead with the IDE as well. I uninstalled them, let windows use it's own and no more errors. I burn lots of CDs...
