Abit VA6 voltage problem! it doesn't go past 1.7V ???

I just installed a celly 566 with super slocket 3 into an abit va6. for some reason cpu softmenu in bios doesn't let me select higher then 1.7v? i used to run this chip at 850mhz @ 1.9v on another pc. thats why i need higher voltage. i know the board goes higher since it ran a p2 400 at 2.0v before.

anyone know?

newest bios flashed today.
