Abit VA6 trouble... please help asap

hello all,

my friend just got a new abit va6, and he is having some proplems booting into his OS. the machine will get to the point where it says "Verifying DMI Pool Data" and then it will lock. any suggestions???
 
Well , well, this is typical ABIT!!!!

I's always like that for Abit board, try to unplug everything, good luck, I had same problem with many Abit board
 
Abit VA6 = Very unstable board...been through three of them and still had to trash it.

I wouldnt say that board is worth the savings. spend the extra thirty buxks an get a good board.
