Abit Utility-Problems Installing

i'm having trouble getting the abit utilities to install....or rather, to run. they install just fine, but when i try to lauch ABITEQ or uGuru a small message pops up saying "Open File Error!" can anyone help me out? is there any advantage to useing the abit utilities over MBM?
 
I have a problem similar, it says log in as administrator, but you can;t log in as administrator in XP !!! Any ideas ?

Help for me, or a bump for Hyperlite
