Abit TH7II-RAID Setup

I have come across a few problems with setting up my new system. I cannot seem to set up the RAID Configuration or much else for that matter. I have installed all components listed below. Each IBM HD is on its own cannel (IDE 3 and IDE 4, listed on the motherboard as "RAID Only") The CD-Rom is on IDE 1.

The motherboard manual is worse than I have seen when it comes to general setup and more importantly, the RAID Setup. I have built four other systems using a non-RAID setup and I feel that I know what I am doing around a new system.

Question is WHAT NOW? I am asking for a step by step (nothing too rudimentary) on how to configure the RAID 0 and then install the Windows 2000 OS. Why is this so difficult???? If I cannot configure the RAID then I will just forget it and go simple, but that's a waste of a good RAID motherboard and speed.

I appreciate any advice.

Eric
