Greets all - just got an ABIT TH7II MB with a 2.0a Northwood CPU and it recognizes it as 960 internally no matter what the clock settings I put in - I found where theres a DEC BIOS update that "adds Northwood support" so I am hoping thats all the problem is - anyway ABIT's ftp site is down and all links to them for downloading it do not work - does anyone have this BIOS update and could send it to me are a link for it ( not on Abit's site anywhere )

Thanks a lot

btw the filename is

th7h38.exe

I AM VERY curious to know how this turns out as I built my system with the foreknowledge that it would support Northwoods, I have already flashed my BIOS to the version that supposedly adds northwood support but I need to know if it works for you, thanks...

Sweet, just too bad that the ABIT TH7-II doesn't support AGP 8x, could care less about ATA133 as we've all seen it's no faster than ATA100. Looks like we have to slow down are big bad cards to 4x :(
