abit sr7-8x and mouse problem

My mouse pointer on the screen does not UPDATE when i move the mouse. I know i'm moving the mouse becouse i can see things that the mouse pointer should be on become highlighted. Ive replaced everythign but the RAM.

I'm using

ANy Ideas?
