Abit software removal problems

I've switched back and forth between two Abit boards: a QuadGT (uses uGuru), and an IB9 (can't use uGuru). Well, I've totally and hoplessly screwed up my installs of both AbitEQ and uGuru. I've removed them, reinstalled them, manually tried to purge every device driver and registry entry I could find. Neither one of them works at all.

Anybody know of a way to completely remove them so I can start over? Is there a guide somewhere?
 
what versions did you try to use?
there's a known problem with the 3.101 installer if you already had an existing version installed.
