Abit Sloket III voltage or BIOS voltage?

My friend has an AOpen AX6BC Pro Gold with voltage adjustments in the BIOS. Does the Slokets voltage setting override the BIOS setting?

slotket overrides the bios voltage. because CPU voltages are set in the actual CPU, set the voltage on your slotket. your motherboard doesnt know that the slotket it seperate from your flipchip and will assume the unit to be one SLOT 1 CPU and will use the slotket set voltage.

I'm not sure if that is totally true because I set the voltage on my slocket to 1.65 but have used the softmenu settings to raise it to 1.80 and through Sisoft Sandra the bios voltage settings do change the actual voltage.
