Just wondering if any of you who have had experience with this new board would like to comment?
I purchsed this board to relieve the AGP stress of my old be6-II and gain 4x AGP.
My 600e (slot 1) processor runs so well in the 800's I just could'nt make the switch to flip-chip quite yet.
Any way the sh6 appeared to be the same board as the SA6R(minus RAID and flip-chip format. According to Anandtech the SA6R was a very stable board so I figured the same stability would show up in the sh6. So far I seem to be wrong.
Random locks seem to be the name of the game.
Using high quality muskin infineon ram that I know runs 2-2-2 @133mhz. Even at 3-3-3 random locks are occuring in 3dmark 2000.
Comments and experiences please. I'm curious if this is just an isolated incident.
Thanks-
