I have a server built on an SA6R . . . PIII 800MHz . . . two 60 gig drives mirrored.

OKAY... I know it's old, but it meets my purposes of file storage and music serving just fine.

Well, except that I need more storage. I can get 300GB drives pretty cheaply. However, I hate to waste the two 60gigs.... Can I add two 300GB drives to have 360GB mirrored????
