Abit released the BE7 and BE7 RAID both based on the new 845PE chipset. Abit doesn't list this new mb on top but in the middle as a update to the BD7 series. It doesn't have dual-bios and other features gigabyte offers, also cant find a price or review yet, hopefully it wont be $200 like Asus :(

BG7E based on the 845GE chipset is next to be relesed.
Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., October 9, 2002 - ABIT Computer, a leading manufacturer of high-performance motherboards and PC peripherals, is proud to announce the BG7E motherboard. Supporting the latest Intel Pentium 4 CPUs, and bringing the performance advantages of DDR 333, Intel Extreme Graphics, and a 533MHz front-side bus, the BG7E is the perfect platform for Intel users seeking both performance and value.

Hopefully the Abit board will run more than 1 stick of ram at DDR333 unlike the Gigabyte!
Personally I'm waiting for the 845PE boards from Epox :)
