Abit NV7m: Why So Cheap?

I notice that Newegg.com has this board for just $87.00, which is $37 less than the MSI K7N420PRO (the only other nForce 420D board they have in stock). Anyone know why the huge price difference? They seem to be pretty much identical boards spec-wise.

One is microATX with only 3 PCI slots while the other is full ATX with 5PCI slots.

Thanks. The boards should be otherwise identical thought, right? Even considering the different form factors and two less slots, that still seems like a huge price difference.

By the way, last week both Mwave and Newegg.com carried the NV7m (420D version), but now all they have is the 415 version without integrated video. It's not like it's sold out, but like it has been completely removed from their sites. Anyone know why?

Well...

Many users don't want the onboard video, and it seems that very few users are making the Lan box that sooo begs to be made into.

Also, Abit is supporting the NV7-133r a whole lot more.

Toss in the absolute lack of overclocking options (it's possible, but Abit won't let you)....

Also note that Abit does not include the S/PDIF header card, you just get the connectors on the board itself.
