When are we gonna get a real review, Brandon?

IE - one done by Anand.

I second that!!!!

How about an nForce roundup (ABIT NV7-133R, Asus A7N266-C, and MSI K7N415 PRO). Most recent BIOS's, running Windows 2000 SP2.

Also, the top performing VIA KT266A and KT333 motherboards (one each, whichever they are).

There's enough of them out now that a review would definitely help people looking for a fast solution not VIA.

Please! :)

I'll third that!!! I'm looking to upgrade my PC and am very interested in the nForce solution. Been reading various reviews around the net, but would love to see one from the best!!!!

How about it?

Hi, this is Abbas Jaffarali and I did the review on the Abit board on t-break. I was just wondering on what's wrong or missing in the review. Now, Anandtech is, without doubt, one of the best hardware-related websites and I'd take it as a compliment if you guys would compare our reviews to them, but if you guys could help me understand what else you look for in a review, then we can try and include that in all our future reviews.

Thanks
Abbas

Your review is great, these guy's are just anal, I wouldnt listen to them. They are most likely just trying to put presure on Anand to get his review of all the N-Force boards out, shame shame shame

I agree with BDog, though I just skimmed through the review(sorta short on time ATM), I can't see any faults with the review.

Now the whole black backgrount color thing is another matter, I dont care for that much, but thats just me, and besides, looking at the status of sunner.com right now, I shouldn't be talking ;)

AbbasJaffarali- I liked your review, and think it is very nicely done.

Is there any way you could get the Asus and/or the MSI board and do a comparison? Just asking....:)

Anyways, nice review!

Abbas, I'm sorry, perhaps I didn't say that quite right. I meant no insult to your review, it's very good. I am just frustrated by the fact that there are so few N-Force motherboard reviews out there; most of them have been done by smaller, less-known websites. I was just waxing poetic and hoping for a massive NForce roundup courtesy of the AT labs.

It would be interesting to have a review that includes nforce mobos from different makers (Abit, Asus, MSI). Personally, I think Abit kinda scrimped on their version. Asus's version has a lot more features and probably faster.
