I have digital "cambridge soundworks" speakers and noticed that the NF7 does not have an SPDIF out (it has only an optical out, and my speakers do not support optical). I was looking in the manual and found that there is a SPDIF out on the board (the FPIO2 Header) and cant figure out how to connect the adapter cord (soundworks included an adapter cord that plugs into the SPDIF out if your soundcard does not have a digital out port). The plug that is supposed to plug into the MOBO is a four pin plug (acutally 3 pin, on pin is blocked) and there are two wires coming out from the plug, one clear and one black. According to the manual the SPDIF out pin is the last pin in the row (pin 14), and next to that is VCC (pin 13), whatever that is. Because the plug has one pin blocked, can i just move the plug so the wires are on the last two pins (basicly having the plug only half on the header)?

I hope this is clear. Thanks for any help....
