Abit NF7 vs. NF7-S or????

Hello,

I am building a new PC for my son and I am having a hard time figuring out all the different options with the nforce2 chipsets.

I this is what I want to do:

run 35w 2400+ mobile barton a 400fsb, with dual ddr400 ram. I have no need for SATA...Soundstorm would be a big plus.

So, what does the NF7-S offer that the NF7 does not?

Any other boards someone might suggest???

soundstorm's good,its=to a audigy.so its better to go for a NF7-S.
