I am using kingston value ram pc3200 and a amd xp 2800 and my ram is running at 333 mhz any suggestion to fix this.

Change your CPU FSB to 400mhz if the cpu allows. Your ram will only run at what your cpu is running. It's in the Softmenu. Also, how many sticks do you have, one or two? If two put one in slot 1 and one in slot 3. Then bang, dual channel 🙂

For better performance these (XP) systems s/b run with the ram and CPU insync. That is, since your CPU operates at FSB 166, your ram SHOULD BE running at 166/333mhz (PC 2700 settings).
