Hell no.

I have been able to post, but with only one stick of 256MB Geil PC2700 RAM.

Are there any known problems running Geil PC2700 RAM in DulaDDR mode on Abit nForce2 motherboards?

<I get blue screens upon trying to work in Dual mode (2x256MB)...>

10x!

What power supply do you have, and do you have some other memory you could test with? Also, what precisely happens when you try to power up the system? Nothing? Fans run, black screen? Garbled screen? Be nice and detailed 😀

PSU: Hec 300ER (300W)

I have no additional memory sticks to test the board with.

When I power up with both sticks installed (DIMM1&2 if that matters), the fans work just fine, the board gets power (lights are on) but nothing is shown on screen.

TIA!

Try POSTing with just the one module and boost the voltage on the DIMMs to 2.8 volts, and also relax the memory timings to 2.5-3-3-7. Also, you may want to jumper your hard drive to Single Drive if it's solo on its own cable, although I don't think that's the issue in question.
