ABIT NF7-S Won't Boot When O/c'd

I have an Abit NF7-S motherboard and started overclocking it a few days ago. Everything seems to be working fine, until I turn it off. When I go to turn it back on again, the screen goes blank and I just get one long beep. This happens when I overclock the processor any more than to 168 (it's 166 stock). The computer will RESTART just fine when overclocked (I've gone up to about 180 or so before the RAM can't handle the high speeds - PC2700), but when I turn it off and on, nothing. I overclocked just the processor to 180 and set the RAM to 6/5 to get it to 333 (stock), but there was still a problem so it hasn't got anything to do with the RAM. I've tried upping the voltages too, but that does nothing either. Any suggestions?

Specs:
Abit NF7-S v2.0 (BIOS is 1.8)
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton
512MB Kingston VRAM PC2700
NVidia GeForce3 Ti200
Rest is in 'My Rig'

I fiddled with the RAM settings, but that didn't do anything. (tried 7-3-3-3, now at 11-2-2-2, stock was 7-3-3-2.5). I think I'm going to try switching slots. It probably won't do anything, but hell it's worth a shot...
