umm im getting this board off som1 4 free and they said they flashed the bios bad or w/e
how would i flash it ?

step by step plz i know many have this board

can anyone help
ive read stuff about some bios utility but remeber this doesnt run maybe boot off floppy but havent tried out board

If the BIOS is bad you'll have to do it without the utility.

thnx i thought thaqts what u had to do but i wasnt sure as i said well i said now all i did was take a quick glance at their website

pfft any one with the board can tell me step by step i am such a n00b at tthis but .luckily this isnt ym main computers mobo!

they said they flashed the bios bad

Does the computer POST (i.e. boot up)? If not, you'll likely need a new BIOS chip. The instructions posted in the above link are very good.
