Abit NF7-S V2 or DFI NFII Ultra Infinity

Hey guys, I am looking for another Nforce 2 socket A board...Ive had a Soltek 75FRN series board and a Gigabyte Nforce 2 Ultra board...both were excellent.

Anyways I am now looking at the Abit NF7-S V2 or DFI NFII Ultra Infinity ...both are around $85-89.

To tell you the truth , my luck has been so bad with mobos lately that I almost want to choose the one who will offer the easiest RMA if the mobo is bad.
