Abit NF7-S v 2.0 problem with Barton 2500+ [resolved]

I just set up the NF7-S and Barton 2500+ and all I get is the darn siren going off and no green light. I swapped in an older Athlon 900 and it works fine. The board is brand new and has the latest bios. In addition, I am running an Antec 300W power supply.

Is that not enough power from the Antec?

Please help.

*** Installed an Antec Truepower 430w and it works perfectly.
