Abit NF7-S sound issues....

I have the Abit NF7-S motherboard and I use the on board nVidia Soundstorm. For the most part I use the digital (optical) output and run that to my home stereo. But I also have a set of creative labs surround speakers that I have plugged into the analog jacks. For some reason I can only get sound out of the front two speakers. I have tried using the speaker setup wizzard as well as manually selecting the number of speaker via window's control pannel. Any ideas on how to get my two surround speakers to work?

if it's winamp you have to enable "hardware acceleration" in your directsound output plugin.

oh, and make sure your speaker setup is set to 5.1 or whatever in windows control panel under sound options (advance i think).
